I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is selling or buying real estate in the ComoxValley.
Initially I was uncertain of the asking price, but Tom diligently checked multiple sources and advised me to set the price according to the local market. Tom was exactly right and my home sold for the asking price in less than a week.

Thank you for helping us find a great little house. You were right this move so far tells me I could never have done another “Back Road” type thing in this life.
Took a lot of your time going mostly backwoods, map in hand, to get us through all of the homes in the area. But when you told this mindful, indirectable person what to buy, or what not to buy then I got some help. I wish I had a garage for all my mistakes in life. But not this one.
